Persepsi Debitur Pedagang Daun Pisang Terhadap Produk Kredit Bakulan di Pt Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat (PER) Pekanbaru

Abstract

PT Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat is one of the regional owned enterprises in Riau Province that provide funding assistance with bakulan credit product that lending given to members upon request Business Partner, the responsibilities loan repayment installments to be paid off entirely in the Business Partner. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Bakulan credit for banana leaf, trader know banana leaf trader perceptions as a debtor PT Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat about Bakulan credit and know the banana leaf trader existing problem in accessing and obtaining bakulan credit,in to the lending credit to PT Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat in the community. The method used in this research is descriptive method and the Likert scale. Sampling was conducted to 30 respondents ie banana leaf traders who are also mostly have jobs as farmers. Implementation of bakulan credit PT PER that referto company manual book for market target in the research is bussinees group, the maximum of credit for banana leaf trader amount Rp 2.000.000 with interest 1% for 10 day and bonding cost amount Rp 10.000. distribution method using the indirect method with requirement is in conformity BPP and debtor is not required to submit collateral to company. Perception the banana leaf traders debtors percaption to bakulan credit product is considered good enough by the debtor with a total score obtained is 2.172 with a good enough category perception. Problems banana leaf traders is chairman of the group delay in handing over money to the company and problems in PT Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat ie bad credit and also the lack of credit analys.
