Abstract:
This study aims to improve student achievement on the subject of the application of
cooperative learning hydrocarbon Quick On The Draw in the class XII TKJ SMK 2
Pekanbaru. Form of experimental research is to design a pretest-posttest, the study sample
consisted of 2 classes that are homogeneous class XII TKJ as class 1 and class XII TKJ
experiment 3 as the control class. Data collection was conducted in January-March 2013.
Based on the data processing and analysis techniques gain n t-test found that t-count is
greater than t-table is 2.256976 > 1.67. So it can be concluded that the application of
cooperative learning Quick on The Draw can improve student achievement in subject of
hydrocarbons in class XII TKJ SMK 2 Pekanbaru school year 2012/2013 with an increase of
8.34%
