Abstract

The title of this scription was “The Validity and Reliability Trial of Students Social Phobia Scale in SMAN 1 North Kampar Academic Year 2012/2013. This research was function a) To know how about The Validity degree of students social phobia scale. b) To know how about The Reliability degree of students social phobia scale. And this research was useful for next researcher to makes it as a reference and evaluation and it can increase knowlage about Validity and reliability trial. The assumption that used are The Students social phobia are different. The population and sample in this research are students X and XI They are a mount 222 students are devided to 6 clases. The method in this research was analytical descriptive method. To definite the valid and not valid item with value equalation r count with rtable at 95% level belief or 5% level significant (p=0,05). The result of calculation was total correlation item (rxy ) about between 0,117-0,587. From 50 item social phobia scale that’s maked by writer, it’s got 48 valid items and 2 items not valid items. Reliability trial used SPSS 18.0 for windows program that classificate very reliable with value alpha cronbach 0,873.
