PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR DESA (Studi Kasus Pada Desa Panggak Darat Kecamatan Lingga Kabupaten Lingga)

Abstract

The background of this research is the importance of community participation in development and the level of community participation in the research area is still low. Participation rates are still low is only identified based on the level of public attendance at meetings and implementation of development activities. The research was conducted in order to identify the authors re-levels of community participation in participatory activities at the sites. Formulation of the problem in this research is the "Public Participation in the Implementation of the Rural Infrastructure Development Program (Case Study on the Rural Land District Panggak Linga Linga District)" with the aim of research to "Knowing the Implementation of Public Participation in Rural Infrastructure Development Program (Case Study on the Rural Land District Panggak Linga Linga District). "method used is descriptive qualitative method, the analysis seeks to provide a detailed description based on the fact that some in the field of community participation in the implementation of rural infrastructure development program. The data used in this study consisted of primary data is data obtained directly from the field or place of study through interviews with the Village Head, Public Citizen, Head of Youth Development and Chairman. Then the Secondary data is data obtained from documents that are related to the research problem. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and library research. Involving all citizens of the Village Land District Panggak Linga Linga District. Results of this study are Public Participation in the Implementation of Rural Infrastructure Development Program (Case Study on the Rural Land District Panggak Linga Linga District) said "less" because people are not fully capable of giving their participation in development, this is due to the condition of the people have an average income as orchard farmers, the public perception that development is the task of the government apparatus and the only village is still very dependent on government assistance, and the reason because there are other jobs that are preferred the day-to-day needs.
