Abstract:
Divorce is a rupture of relations between husband and wife because of certain reasons which resulted in an domestic disharmony in the household that resulted in separation. Cases handled by religious courts recently have continued to rise. Phenomenon that occurs at the time of divorce has become commonplace in society, let alone divorce is dominated by women who sued her husband for divorce. Differences in the condition of society at this time the condition of society in the past. The changes are very influential with the views of the public about the divorce.
