Abstract:
Muara takus temple is the oldest temple site in Sumatra, the only heritage sites that
shaped temple in Riau. This Buddhist temple is a proof that Buddhism once flourished in
the area that is in Kampar district. And Muara takus temple is managed by the local
government Kampar since the start of regional autonomy. However, the current
management is still less than optimal, thus causing Muara Takus temple is less attractive
to tourists. Head of the department of tourism and culture Kampar Kampar recognize a
number of attractions, including temples muara takus can not be managed properly. But
the future / the government will start making efforts and the development of tourism
facilities and infrastructure development lainnya.Khusus conditions prevailing in the
temple attraction muara takus this, due to the lack of infrastructure, and financial
resources to this historical site penggolaan still less.so in terms I want to know what are
the factors that become less maximum problem muara takus temple management by
Kampar district in 2011-2012. So the temple can give muara takus tourist attraction for
local, national, and internasional.because for travelers just passing this course.
