UPAYA PEMERINTAH IRAN MENGHADAPI SANKSI EMBARGO YANG DIBERLAKUKAN OLEH UNI EROPA TERHADAP MINYAK IRAN TAHUN 2012

Abstract

This study describes the Iranian government's efforts to face sanctions embargo imposed by the European Union on Iranian oil in 2012. International tension and pressure against Iran's nuclear program increased since the country mullah claims to have increased uranium enrichment technology. Embargo by the European Union is a form of resistance against nuclear Iran. Step embargo was done in an effort to pressure Iran over its nuclear program. embargo is an act of state, and some states limit, remove or prohibit the import or export of goods and services from or to a country or several countries. General embargo declared by a group of states against another state for the insulation and cause the state government in a difficult internal situation. The effects of actions taken embargo which the European Union described in this study. This study shows that the efforts made by the government to face sanctions iran oil embargo imposed by the European Union is to do a new contract, try applying a resistive economy, and threatening to close the Strait of Hormuz.
