Abstract:
This research is experimental research. The research was was conducted at SSB
Bina Bakat data were obtained and collected trough the pree test and post test
before and after exercise hollow sprint dan s-curve runs. The data were analyzed
descriptively. The results show that the identificasion problem ssb bina bakat has
not had a good running speed. This is due to the lack of exercise that leads to
physic as well as training programs that are less systematic and planned. The
issues raised in this study is “ Are comparison of exercise with hollow sprint s -curve runs to the speed of running 50 meters football players Bina Bakat?”.
research hypothesis proposed in this study is : there is comparison of the exercise
with hollow sprint s-curve runs to the speed of running 50 meters football players
Bina Bakat?” This study aimed to compare the influence of hollow sprint drills
with s-curve runs to the running speed of 50 meters football player Bina Bakat.
Result of t-test analysis produses group A 6.41 B by 8.72 by generating
1.860, significan at the 0.05 level, while group A dan B by was 8.65

drills and s-curve runs to the speed of running 50 meters football player Bina
Bakat. So on average increased, hollow sprint workout more significant effect on
running speed of of 50 meters
