dc.description.abstract |
The research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru in February 2012 to November 2012. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the sale value of homes in the city of Pekanbaru. The data used are primary data and secondary data analysis method is descriptive kuntitatif. In this study, the population is a manufacturer of all types of real estate development company and a modest house on a modest home in the city of Pekanbaru that have projects in 2010/2011 and carried out a census of the entire population of the technique that is 40 companies. While the population of consumers is the consumer who is buying a house a home type intermediate or secondary home manufacturer in the year 2010/2011 as many as 3787 people and taken a sample of 44 people. The survey results revealed that there is influence between the distance to the shopping center, the building houses, land area, number of bedrooms, the house and garden together. While partially or relationship variables influence the distance to the shopping center and significantly negatively related, the building houses a variable and a dummy variable home parks have a positive and significant impact on the value of the home sale. While the land area and number of bedrooms does not affect house prices. |
