Abstract:
Influence of Discipline and Leadership on the Performance Employees at dept. of an Estate District Kampar. This research talk about the influence of discipline and leadership on the performance employees at dept. of an estate district kampar. The purpose of this research for measuring the influence of discipline and leadership on the performance and for identifying variables which is a dominant influence the performance of employees at dept. of an estate district kampar. A sample of this research is around 42 respondents employment. Engineering in the census, the sample where the number of samples taken from all of its sampel. data collection is performed with a detailed questionnaire. Analysis of data used in this research is quantitative analysis, analysis in a partial and simultaneous ( linear regression analysis assistance program with multiple versions spss 17 ). This research result produce r square worth 53,4 % contribution disisplin and leadership on the performance, while the remaining about 46.6 % influenced by other factors that are not investigated in this research.
