Abstract:
The research was conducted on employees of Department of Education, Youth and Sports of West Sumatra Province in order to analyze the effects of discipline of work and organizational climate toword employees performance at secretariat of Department of Education, Youth and Sports of West Sumatra Province. The purposes of this study were to determine how much dicipline of work and organizational climate influence the employees performance.
Sampling was conducted by Slovin method. The sample of 50 people was selected as respondents. The analisis method used descriptive quantitative with partial and simultant data analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 18.0)
Data analysis is done by multiple regression, simultaneous test result (F-test) indicuted that all independent variables, dicipline of work (X1) and organizational climate (X2) studied had a positive and significant influence on dependent variable, employess performance (Y). Partial test (T-test) showed that both independent variables had a positive and significant influence toword employees performance at secretariat of Department of Education, Youth and Sports of West Sumatra Province.
