Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Haluan Riau di Pekanbaru

Abstract

The writer did the research in Pekanbaru, the purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the Influence of Motivation and Leadership to Employee’s Performance in Haluan Riau in Pekanbaru and which one is more dominant factor applied on Haluan Riau in Pekanbaru. Types of data in this research uses secondary data and primary data obtained directly from primary sources.This research applies sensus,which is finally elected 85 people sample. Data analyzing method applied on this research is partial and simultant analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version17.00). From examining result which has been done, the simultaneous regression test (F test) shows that all the independent variables which have been researched have significant effect on performance variables. Partial regression test (t test) shows that leadership variables have the most significant impact on performance variables. The magnitude of the caused (R2) which is caused by these two variables together will effect dependent variable 25,2% while the remaining other factors are not included in this research.
