dc.description.abstract	Autonomy through Act No. 32 of 2004 concerning Local Government memimdahkan not only most of the authority of the central government to local government. Government has the authority to make local policy to provide services, increased participation, and community empowerment initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of the people. Delegation of authority is also needed in order to optimize the performance of the government to achieve the goals of development and prosperity.	en_US
