descriptive qualitative method based on primary data source and secondary data
and data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation.

Pekanbaru. Processing data using interactive analysis models, where the model is
composed of three main activities, namely data reduction, penyortian data,
drawing conclusions. The results of this study image Riau Governor H. M Rusli
Zainal formed a positive image for the community dim view of Rusli Zainal after
this news, because his status is still as witnesses, as well as the negative image
that is formed because people are disillusioned with the case with the project
