dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT This study aimed to describe the pattern used one of Indonesia's major political parties in recruiting candidates for the party to then become administrators. Political Parties in Shafiyurahman is a group of people gathered by a common interest, or the overall benefit that is based on beliefs and ties on the basis of faith or disbelief and wickedness and disobedience, or on the basis of ties of birth or a particular tribe or clan and lineage as a profession and linguistic ties or Any form of various bonds and properties that require human welfare gather it and support it (Shafiyurrahman, 2008: 5). One function of a political party is a political recruitment. Rekrutmen as an process which consist of and screening channeling of politics which is flange at egabilitas ( accomplishment of condition) nomination like education and experience. Each political party has a different pattern of recruiting managers. National Mandate Party (PAN) is a party that uses inclusive recruitment pattern (open) and partisan. It is based on a form, process, method and placement of its members then the members of the National Mandate Party including using inclusive recruitment patterns (open). Writer collect data with quantitative method but analysing it with qualitative method, writer elaborate this writing by is descriptive of analysis that is try to analyse a problems of arising out in field and analyse result of research at the same time depict the the problems carefully and clearly. Result of research show from three indicator seen only one indicator was good criterion, so that concluded that Rekrutmen Pattern Official Member of National Mandate Party Pekanbaru City Period 2010-2015 is bad, because two indicators is not reached maximally. After the analysis hence last conclusion in research concerning Pattern Rekrutmen of Official Member Of Board Of Directors Area National Mandate Party Pekanbaru City Period 2010-2015 have refer to AD/RT just only do not too is looked by Recruiter or Team Formator in recruit its official member member candidate or can be told only as just formality, the official member candidate although cause do not fulfill conditions according to AD/RT but remain to be accepted as official member. en_US
