Abstract The research looked at the Government Relations Institute of Rural Community Empowerment in Rural Development in implementing Mekar jaya, The main problem in this research is How Government Relations village with Community Empowerment Institute (LPM) in the implementation of Rural Development 2010-2011, and the factors that cause not synergy relationship with the village government Institute for Community Empowerment (LPM) in the implementation of Rural Development 2010-2011, The theory used is the institutional theory, theory of coordination and supervision This study uses rengulasi that combines quantitative methods with qualitative methods, This study used questionnaires and interviews with key informants as the object of information that aims to achieve the goal, The types of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, questionnaires and interviews with key informants study.
