Abstract:
Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System In District Personnel Agency Indragiri Hilir. The importance of a quality administrative services to multiple organizational units at both central and local government is very concerned, it is intended that the creation of good service to the employee both internal and external to the governmental unit. In order to create the need for standardization of public services used on each unit of the organization, one of which is a Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001: 2008. The study was conducted to determine among other things the extent of achievement of the work plan to work, the strengths and weaknesses in each employee, training and development needs all of which lead to improved performance in optimizing the use of resources of the organization. Implementation of an organization's quality management system at the Regional Employment Board Indragiri Hilir influenced by several factors, including: Environmental organization itself, changes in the environment, and the risks associated with the environment, the need for different, specific targets, the products provided, the process used and the size and structure of the organization.
