Abstract:
So far, in the process of selecting drug suppliers at Riau University Hospital, they only
pay attention to price and discount criteria. The difficulty in choosing a drug supplier at
Riau University Hospital is that there are problems with delays in sending goods,
inappropriate types of orders and warranties. Therefore, a decision support system is
needed that displays supplier feasibility reports based on the required criteria, namely
the provision of discounts, delivery times, quantity accuracy and warranty. The Additive
Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method is a multicriteria decision-making method based on the
concept of utility degree ranking, namely by comparing the overall index value of each
alternative, against the optimal alternative overall index value. The design stages of this
system have four diagrams such as use case, activity, sequence and class diagrams. The
result of the decision support system of this study is PT. Kimia Farma Trading and
Distribution with a value of 1.
