Abstract:
With the release of the Minister of Health Decree No.
332/menkes/SK/V/2006 on Guidelines for Health Care Insurance for the Poor,
2006 or better known as the Poor People's Health Insurance Program
(ASKESKIN), a health insurance for poor families in Indonesia.
This study aims to determine the services participants Poor Family
Insurance (ASKESKIN) at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin
Achmad Pekanbaru and knowing the factors that affect the service attendees
Family Insurance Poor (ASKESKIN) at Arifin Achmad Hospital.
The study population was part of the ministry Family Insurance employee
Poor (ASKESKIN) at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad
Pekanbaru 8 people and communities in this participant Poor Family Insurance
(ASKESKIN) at the Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad
Pekanbaru as many as 20 people. For sampling, the authors take the entire
employee portion Poor Families Insurance Services (ASKESKIN) at the Regional
General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru using census and sampling
of the community in this case participants Poor Family Insurance (ASKESKIN).
Data collection techniques in this study with interviews and questionnaire data
analysis using descriptive methods.
From the results of this study concluded that health care factors
(procedures, while health care, cost of care, health care products, facilities,
personnel competence) simultaneous effect on patient satisfaction participants
Poor Family Insurance.
To the authors suggest the need for officers outside agencies to identify the
poor directly also provide information that is easily understood and clear, and the
clerk shall provide facilities and greater opportunities for the public to access
information.
