dc.description.abstract Increased population growth and development in the Pebatuan Village area created the availability of groundwater not evenly distributed in each area. This research aimed to determine the depth of groundwater and groundwater quality. Measurements using the Schlumberger configuration geoelectric method on two tracks used, with the length of each track of 100 m. Based on the results of data processing, the first path of the aquifer layer is at a depth of 12-60 meters and a thickness of 48 meters with a resistivity value of 96-113.46 m. on the second trajectory the aquifer layer is found at a depth of 11-65 meters and a thickness of 54 meters with a resistivity value of 171-196.33 m. The conclusion from the determination of the presence of underground water using the geoelectric method of the Schlumberger configuration obtained three layers with different resistivities, underground water was found in the third layer. Underground water that was taken from the wells of residents in the research area. Underground water samples were tested with parameters pH, TDS, and Turbidity. Underground water shuold not consumed from the results of the water quality test with the parameters previously mentioned if referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 492 of 2010 because the pH obtained is < 6.5 or is acidic. en_US
