dc.description.abstract This paper discusses the mathematical modeling of a production planning using the preemptive goal programming method for priority based decision making. This problem aims to optimize production planning by meeting the specified constraints and minimizing deviations from each goal to be achieved, based on the five types of best seller bread, production profits, production costs, production quantities and availability of production raw materials. The mathematical model in this problem is designed using the LINGO 11.0. Computational results show that the preemptive goal programming method is more efficient in achieving the production planning of multiple goals based on the order of priority. en_US
