Morfologi Paku Polypodiaceae di Kawasan Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau

Abstract

Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University (UIN SUSKA) area is one the fern distribution arae in Riau Province. The aim of this study was to determine the diversity of ferns that belonged to Polypodiaceae Family at the area of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University. This research was conducted fromNovember 2018 to - February 2019. Using the exploration method. Every Polypodiace species that was found in study site was documented, collected, and identified. The specimens were then prepared for herbarium. A total of 5 Polypodiaceae species were identified in this study. These ferns belonged to 2 genera, namely Pyrrosia and Phymatosorus. The species of Pyrrosia identified in this study were Phymatosorus scolopendria (Burm.f.) Pic.Serm, Pyrrosia angustata (Sw.) Ching, Pyrrosia lanceolata (L.) Farw, Pyrrosia niphoboloides M.G. Price, and Pyrrosia piloselloides (L.) M.G. Price
