This research is aimed to test and collect empirical evidences whether
good governance corporate and corporate social responsibility have positive
effect to company value.
Population in this research is all manufacture companies in Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) year 2011. They are 128 companies. Sample is 38 companies,
which meet the characteristics of the research. Research analysis is multiple
linear regression with SPSS 17 (Statistical Product and Service Solution).
t test show that partially, there is significant effect between managerial
belonging and audit committee to company value. Meanwhile, for institutional
belonging, independent commissioner and CSR don’t have any effect. Writer got
determination coefficient value (R2) 0.409. This shows us that managerial and
institutional belonging, independent commissioner, and audit committee
simultaneously contribute 40.90% effect to company value.

Development of small industries in the national economy has a role in trying to
ensure equal distribution of opportunities, and equal employment expansion and increased
revenue. One of the small industries that experienced considerable improvement in the city of
Pekanbaru Riau Province is home Eat Rice Industry Ramas Rumble 6000. Based on the
background of the existing formulation of the problem and this research aims to
mengetahuiprospek of development Eating Rice Ramas Rumble 6000. The population in this
study is the 6000 all-round restaurant in the city of Pekanbaru, at which time the study was
recorded 15 units usahadengan total sample of 15 business units.
The data was collected using interviews and observations in the field. The data
obtained were used to determine the feasibility of the 6000 all-ramas rice to
be developed in the city of Pekanbaru.
The results explain that the restaurant business all-round rice ramas 6000 is eligible to
be developed in the city of Pekanbaru to absorb labor in order to reduce unemployment in the
city of Pekanbaru., Growth or an increase in the restaurant business all-round rice ramas 6000
driven by the availability of raw materials in market and price stability dipasaran.Faktor that
influence the development of eating rice ramas home business 6000 is the all-round
development of the city of Pekanbaru in various aspects of development. In terms of revenue
contribution, ramas rice restaurant business department was able to obtain Net 6000 B / C
ratio above 1 and able to provide employment for people in the city of Pekanbaru. Meanwhile,
the problems faced was the unavailability of support tools for the average transportation
employers use the services of a car rental for the purposes of deliveries for events.

The research was conducted on PT.Suka Fajar Ltd pekanbaru, which is
located in Jalan Soekarno-Hatta Arengka Pekanbaru. The aim of this study was to
determine whether the cost of the promotional mix has an influence on sales
volume and which variables are the most dominant influence on sales volume.
This study uses Cost Promotion Mix consisting of an advertising cost (X1),
personal selling cost (X2), sales promotion cost (X3), publicity cost (X4), as the
independent variable while the volume of sales (Y), as the dependent variable.
Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression (multiple
regression) with SPSS Version 17.
These results indicate that, the promotion mix Cost (Advertising Cost,
Personal Selling Cost, Sales Promotion Cost, Publicity Cost) simultaneously
significantly influence sales volume. From the partial test results obtained that the
advertising cost, personal selling cost and sales promotions cost affect the sales
volume, while the partial publicity costs have no effect on sales volume.

This research is done in PT. GametriTirta Lestari Duri which is located in Jl. DesaHarapan Rt. 02/05 no. 80 kecamatan Mandau Duri-Riau. This research is done from Mei 2012 to March 2012. The purpose of this research is to analyse motivation and control effect to employee’s performance in PT. GametriTirta Lestari Duri.
. There are three variable in this research. One of them is dependent variable and two other are independent variable. Number of sample is 104 people. Sample numbering is done by Slovin method. Data analysis is done by kuantitatif method using SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 17.0.
Writer found that motivation and controlling have significant effect to eemployee’s performance in PT. GametriTirta Lestari Duri. The most significant variable is controlling. From this finding, writer conclude that motivation and controlling have positive and significant effect to employee’s performance in PT. GametriTirta Lestari Duri.
Based on this research, writer suggest that management improve employee’s motivation like a fair and worth salary, chance for promotion, safety in work, and other supporting factor. Company also have to improve control like role obeying, effectifeness, correction, on time, absence, so employee’s performance can be improved.
