    Pengaruh Posisi Urutan Kelahiran Anak Dalam Keluarga Terhadap Tingkat Kemandirian Anak Usia 4-6 Tahun Di Taman Kanak-Kanak Permata Agung Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar

    This research was done to 32 children of 4-6 years old Permata Agung kindergarten. This research is quantitative by free variable Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel bebas ordinary child birth position (oldest, middle, younger) and string variable is child self supporting 4-6 years old. Collecting data method in this research by collecting data instrument is observation sheet. Data analysis is correlation technic contingency coefficient and Contingency Coefficient test. The result of this research show that as generally the early child’s self supproting in Permata Agung kindergarten is really varriation, is good self supproting 28,1%, enough self supporting 59,4%, low self supporting 12,5%. From the data analysis shown that there is the influence of ordinary birth position in family to the early self supporting level. It’s shown by Contingency Coefficient as big 0,539 with Sig = 0,011 (smaller than 0,05). That’s way p < 0,05 (0,011 < 0,05) so Ho is rejected and Ha is acceptable. This research also shown that oldest child is more self supporting than middle child, middle child is more self supporting than younger child and oldest is better than all. As generally the level of child’s self supporting in Permata Agung kindergarten is enough category is 19 subject by 59,4%. It is suggestion to the parents to give motivation and guidance to increase develop self supporting.
