(0761) 63266 e-mail : liarizkiana99@gmail.com ABSTRACT This research is an experimental study conducted to determine the effect of the implementation of cooperative learning model structural approach Number Head Together (NHT) for mathematics learning outcomes of students. The design of this research was a quasi experimental. The population in this research were class VII SMP N 13 Pekanbaru. With purposive sampling technique was taken two classes of the population VII.5 class (class conventional) and VII.7 (experimental class) to serve as the research sample. Based on the results of tests of homogeneity of the final data obtained 𝐹ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔= 1.53 and 𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 = 1.80 the values obtained 𝐹𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡<𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 (1.53 <1.80). So it can be said that the two groups of samples have the same variance (homogeneous). Meanwhile, based on the results of the t-test values obtained right side 𝑡𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡= 1.77 and 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 = 1.67 with 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 value dk = 69 and 𝛼 = 0.05, to obtain 𝑡𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑡> 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 (1.77 > 1.67) then 𝐻𝑂 rejected, or it can be said that the mathematic learning outcomes of students in experimental classes are better than the control class. Further, the calculation result of the influence coefficients (Kp) was Kp = 4.3% . This study uses classroom research. It was conducted in two cycles. The activity and students learning outcomes data were gained by collecting activity data by using observation sheet and daily test. The data which were collected were score which descriptive analyzed statistically. The result of study in the first cycle found that the percentage of students who achieve KKM is 20% and the second cycle is 42.86%, an increase from before the measures the percentage is only 14.28%, and the award based on the first cycle of five teams awarded a great team, a team awarded the good team and a team awarded the super team, while in the second cycle of seven teams awarded super team. This research using classroom. It uses classroom research. It was conducted in two cycles. The outcomes for this research were gained from observation sheets and written test. The result from first cycle found that the percentage of students who achieve KKM was gained from 31,43 % to 68,57 %. On the second test, the percentage of students who achieve KKM is 97,14 %. There were six group awarded super team on first cycle and seven group awarded as super team on second cycle. Because of the data base score is known that none of the students who achieve KKM. Forms of action research is a collaborative classroom. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Insrumen research is the study and data collection instruments. Data about the learning process derived from the observation activity of teachers and students, observation group activities, the results of product assessment worksheets, assessments written test, and student responses. While the learning outcomes data were collected by conducting daily tests. The data analysis technique used is deskripif statistical analysis techniques. From the results of daily tests I and II daily test is known that the number of students who achieve KKM in the first cycle as many as 20 students or as many as 57%, while the number of students who achieve KKM in the second cycle as many as 24 students or as many as 68%. This shows that the number of students who achieve KKM on daily tests I score a lot more than the base, and the number of students who achieve the daily test II KKM more than the daily test I. The purpose of this research was to know if the application of Word Square cooperative learning model could increase student achievement in hydrocarbon matter. Subject of this research were students at X2 class and X4 class in academic year 2011/2012. X2 class was randomly selected as experiment class and X4 class as control class. Research results revealed that application cooperative learning Word Square model was capable to improve student’s achievement in hydrocarbon matter. This research pretest-posttest design by using t-test (t arithmetic > t table; 3,49>1,67). (0761)63266 Yunimath_eduunri@yahoo.co.id Abstract: This research aims to increase mathematics learning outcomes of students by implementing cooperative learning model of numbered heads together structural approach in class XI IPA SMA An-Naas Pekanbaru even semester of academic year 2011/2012 . This study uses action research. It was conducted in two cycles. The subjects studied were students of class XI IPA SMA An-Naas Pekanbaru with the number of 20 people comprising from 6 male students and 14 female students. Students in the class are heterogeneous in terms of academic and gender. The activity and students learning outcomes data were gained by collecting activity data by using observation sheet and daily test. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis that describes the activities of teacher and students, analysis of learning outcomes and succesful measurements. The results in the first cycle found that the percentage of students who achieve KKM is 20% and the second cycle was 45%, which increased the percentage of prior actions that only 10%, and the award based on the first cycle of two teams awarded a great team and three teams awarded the super team, while in the second cycle of three teams awarded great team and two teams awarded the super team. The result study in the first cycle found that percentage of students who achieve KKM is 75% and the second cycle is 78.57% and increase from before the measure the percentage is only 57.14 %. It was conducted in two cycles. The outcomes for this research were gained from observation sheets and written test. Totally IV A students were 38 people consist of 20 males and 18 females. The research form of this study is classroom action research aimed to correct shortage in learning to increase the outcomes as expected. The model of the learning process in the classroom action is a roving group cooperative learning technique with standard competencies using fraction number in problem solving. The research consist of two cycles, each cycle done by three sessions and daily tests are done at the end of each cycle. The results from analysis of daily test 1 and daily test 2 show that the achievement of IV A grade students Elementary School Bintang Laut increased.
