Abstract:
Bengkalis Subdistrict is the place that had been chosen to hold the research. The
object consist of bengkalis society, where Tupperware consumer are used as respondent.
This research is aimed to know which factors that influence the consumer demand on
Tupperware product in Bengkalis Subdistrict.
Data that used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Both data will
proceed using analysis method, where the calculation will do by using quantitative analysis,
and observation will do using descriptive analysis. The sample that being use in this research
are consist of 89 respondents from Tupperware consumer instead of 821 people of
Tupperware member all over Bengkalis District.
According to quantitative analisys there are two test should be counted, t test and
Ftest. From the calculation using t test, it is delivered that t hitung> t table where t hitung
5,966 and t table 1,987. The result for Ftest calculation is F hitung> F table where Fhitung
17,980 and Ftable 3,120. Based on t test Ha that is received significant. It is delivered that
the demand of Tupperware product in Bengkalis Subdistrict are depend on income and cost.
According to Ftest, income has a bigger influence for consumer demand compare to the cost.
It can be seen from the cost regretion value that is smaller than t table (cost regretion=-2,832< ttable=1,987). The result of R

calculation it self is 0,295. It shows that demand
variation of Tupperware product 29,5% and the rest are influenced by others factors.
According to observation using descriptive analysis, it is delivered that Tupperware product
demand is influenced by product quality and Tupperware lifetime guarantee
