Abstract:
Oil palm {Elais guineensis Jacq) respresent the commodity of primadona in
plantation sector. Hie problem wich is often facedin oil palm agriculture effort is the
availability of seed wich quality and also availability of potential and fertility soil.
Peat soil own some weakness for example is it acidity (pH) and slowly decompocit
process. There is one way to overcome the acidity of peat soil is by using dregs and
to overcome the faster decomposition process by giving Trichoderma viride TNJ-63.
The objective of this research is know the influences of interaction and primary factor
of Trichoderma viride TNJ-63 and dregs giveness for N,P,K absorption of oil palm
seed at medium of peat in main nursery. It's conducted from Mei up to September
2008. The parameter of this research is to perceived the higt of seed, leaf amount, bar
cusp diameter, shoot dry weight and root dry weight. The result of this research
indicated that the treatment of Trichoderma viride TNJ-63 and dregs don't have any
real effect to N,P,K absoption of oil palm seed and growth of seed of coconut palm.
The interaction factor of time aplication Trichoderma viride TNJ-63 and dregs and
the primary factor of dregs and the primary factor of Trichoderma viride TNJ-63
have a real effect to acidity (pH) and C/N ratio.
