Abstract
Research conducted intends to see and know the implementation of Circular Rector of the University of Riau on the implementation of Consecrated Tent Students at the Faculty of social sciences and political science UR in 2012, whether it is in accordance with the rules in force before. The problem is the background of this research is to find out why the policy rector of the camp devotional 4849/H19/KM/2009 Number of students (KBM) Universitas Riau is not performing well, as well as any violation and because the violations?
Methods This study is a qualitative research, the data collection techniques in this study is a descriptive analysis. This research uses documentation (observation) and interviews with key informants as information objects that aim to achieve the goal in order to get information in the study. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with key informants in this study.
KBM itself is one medium realization Tri Dharma University, which is community service. Besides teaching students make it through the media as a medium of socialization between students. Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (Social) Riau University which is one of nine faculty at the University of Riau through the Assistant Dean III, Drs. And as for the fact that occur in the field are going miss miss communication and understanding between the Committee KBM Assistant Lecturer at Faculty of Social HIMIP UR about events that occurred during the execution of the field, where Assistant Lecturer excluded in decision making in the field, so the Assistant Lecturer in ignore its presence felt.
