Abstract
Provety is a very complex issue, need the participation all of society elements. Riau government in provety reduction through program pemebrdayaan desa/kelurahan (PPD/K) . program pemeberdayaan desa kelurahan have purpose to overcome the limitations of capital for the poor. This research to know impact of program pemberdayaan desa/kelurahan for income society especially the effect of public reveue before and after the program pemberyaan desa/kelurahan. Research using survey methods. The research was carried out on participant houscholds in 2009. With the purposive sampling technique. The result of analysis coefficient rasio and test analysis showed that the income levels have increased. This is due to assistance program pemberdyaan desa/kelurahan that is used for the purchase of production factors. In calculating the test shows that the value t cout> t table which indicates that the presence of a positive effect on incomes. For the gini coefficient ratio also increased form 0.24 to 0.25 wich means that the inequality become lighter with incomes farly evenly.
