dc.description.abstract The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru in June 2013, which aims to see how the influence of the religious character building in the learning process of the formation of the religious character of students in junior high school 1 Pekanbaru. Samples from this study were as many as 30 teachers were equilibrated with a sample of students of 30 people, consisting of 15 students of class VII and VIII grade 15 students. Data were collected through observation, documentation and questionnaires. Questionnaire or the questionnaire in this study consisted of 20 statements using a modified Likert scale according to the needs of this study. using four alternative answers are very often (ss), frequent (s), rarely (j), and never (td). Anlisis engineering data in this study using quantitative descriptive method. The data has been collected from the questionnaire will be answered by the response to the linear regression formula. To test the hypothesis used to test F rule: if Fhitung ≥ Ftabel then reject Ho means significant and the hypothesis is accepted and if Fhitung ≤ Ftabel then accept Ho means not significant and the hypothesis is rejected. The results obtained linear regression equation Y = 73.68-0.12 X means constant of 73.68 states that if there is no increase in the behavior of teachers coaching students is 73.68. Regression coefficient of -0.12 stated that any decrease (due to mark-) -0.12 coaching behaviors will decrease by -0.12. To test the hypothesis used rules of Test F. Hypothetical test results concluded that Fhitung ≤ Ftabel = 0.22 ≤ 4.20. Which shall mean that there is no significant influence of religious character building in the learning process of the formation of the religious character of the behavior of the students is not strong. This means that the students of SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru formation influenced by other factors. en_US
