dc.description.abstract	Evaluation ofRegional Regulation No.03of 2009(Case StudyParking LevyedgePekanbaruCityPublic Roads.study aimed toevaluateanddetermine the impactthatoccurredafterthe issuance ofRegulationNo.03PekanbaruCity2009 (Case Study Parking LevyPublic RoadPekanbarucity). Study wasclassified into adescriptive analysis that describes theproblem Retribution public curbside parking in the city of Pekanbaru is happening bothin the implementation and impact after the implementation ofregulations. Results of this studyin dicate that the determination ofthe law does not provide either in the control of problem solving, supervision, and increase revenue significantly. Though the service was good and the results will be, but the lawhas not been able to overcomethe existing clutter or congestionand optimize revenue (PAD) from the parking levy sector.	en_US
