Abstract

The aims of this reserach is to determine the transportation department in managing terminal sekapursirih in Bagansiapi-api and what is the factors that become the barriers. Especially in land transportation services in managing Terminal SekapurSirih in Bagansiapi-api in RokanHilir. To analyze the problem, the researcher is used the theory fhatoni based on the problems that are management guidance, control / management, management and leadership. The method is Qualitative method by techniques of observation and interviews with key informants as key informants, also snowbel sampling to determine the next informants. These results indicate that the implementation of the management Terminal SekapurSirih has not done well, the realized management was done because many facilities were damaged such as offices, counters or passenger public transport service, the signs on the road has not been functioning
