Abstract
Narcotics abuse in Indonesia is very concerning various groups and national
threat that needs to be given serious attention by all elements of the nation. The
national threat potentially disrupt the resilience of the self, family and society,
both physically, mentally, socially and economically. Problem drug use in
Indonesia is a serious problem and the solution needs to be addressed
immediately.
Description
Penerapan sanksi terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penyalahgunaan
narkotika dalam Putusan Perkara Nomor 801/PID.B/2012/PN.PBR dan
Nomor 730/PID.B/2012/PN.PBR, bahwa sanksi yang dijatuhkan hakim
terhadap terdakwa dinilai kurang tepat yang mana seharusnya hakim
dapat mempertimbangkan kembali putusan apa yang terbaik untuk
terdakwa sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
