dc.description	Sejarah membuktikan bahwa keberadaan perwakilan konsuler telah lama ada yakni sejaak zaman Romawi dan Yunani, hanya saja belum memiliki aturan pelaksana secara tertulis. Dahulu para agen-agen konsuler hanya menjalankan tugasnya berdasarkan kebiasaan yang dianut oleh masyarakat atau hukum kebiasaan negara asal. Pada akhirnya tanggal 24 April 1963 ditandatangani sebuah konvensi yang khusus megatur mengenai pelaksanaan hubungan konsuler antar negara yangdikenal dengan Konvensi Wina 1963 tentang Hubungan Konsuler beserta protokol pilihannya.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Based on the contents of Chapter II of the Vienna Convention 1963 states that inviolabity and immunity granted to Consul include building or consular representative office is one place that must receive special protection and security and should not be entered by anyone without the permission of the chief of mission. However, in practice in different countries often occurs disruption to the building representative.	en_US
