Abstract
This research aims to determine the level of poverty and income distribution pattern rubber farmer ex Smallholder Rubber Development Project (SRDP) in Sawah Village District of Kampar Utara, Kampar regency. The research was conducted in March 2012 - June 2013 by using the survey method. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique is the main occupation of farmers tapping rubber with rubber pattern ex SRDP. Based on a research of the rubber farmers' income ex SRDP patterns, the structure of farm household income pattern rubber ex SRDP first donated the largest revenue and plantation business, donated the second largest revenue and trading business, and the smallest revenue donated and fishing effort. Gini index ratio of 0.30 indicates inequality belong to the low inequality and the Lorenz curve approaching the line of fairness. Based on 14 indicators BKKBN poor households almost as much as 1 (one) of the respondents while non-poor households as much as 26 respondents. Based on poverty Sajogyo no household respondents who belong to the poor households.
