This research aims to improve students learning achievement by implementing cooperative learning model Student Team Achievment Division type at the third year students of SDN 003 Muara Uwai in the odd semester 2012/2013 Academic year. This research is class action research. The subject of the research is the year studens of SDN 003 Muara Uwai. They are 25 peoples all consist of 17 male and 8 female. The students are mixed heterogeniusly by their achievement rank, gender and ethnic. The research is conducted in two cycles. The students achievement are concluded by the data which is taken from observation and test. The data then process by using descriptive statistics which explains teachers and students activities, students learning process and their achievements. The result of the first cycle shows that students scores above 60 is at prevocious percentage was 52% improve to 64 percentage and on the second cycle 80 percentage.
