Abstract

The title of this study was PROFILE STUDENT LEARNING PROBLEMS Class VIII in SMP N 1 Bangkinang which aims to analyze the problem description eighth grade student at SMP N 1 Bangkinang by sex, based on mother's education and father's occupation based. Deskriktif research method that examines the problem is - the problem with describing objects. Data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire AUM PTSDL junior Format 3. The population of this research is in the eighth grade students of SMP N 1 Bangkinang which totaled 107 students, which consisted of 46 male students - 61 male and female students study sampled. Analysis of the problem based learning PTSDL AUM includes 5 fields and 145 problem items ie, Mastery Learning Materials (P) 10 item, Learning Skills (T) by 75 items, Means Learning (S) 10 items, Personal Care Services (D) as 30 items, Environment (L) of 20 items. From the analysis of the problem is found that the percentage of the learning problems that many experienced students by gender, mother's education and father's occupation varied. Learning problems is high percentage is a matter of learning the skills of self issues then followed environmental issues. Recommended to the school and teachers BK to develop the potential of students to learn the skills issues can be overcome. For parents to guide their children who have problems learning skills in order to achieve better performance. For researchers, because there are many students who are having problems learning skills, the student must receive specific guidance both corporately and individually.
