Hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dengam Akurasi Smash Pada Team Bola Voli Putra SMKN 5 Pekanbaru

Abstract

This form of research is correlational research with populations team sampling in this study is the total sampling technique. Because the population of under 100 people or less, then the sample is taken from the sum of all population of 16 people. Instrument in this study is a test of explosive leg muscle power measurement by using a vertical jump test equipment and test accuracy jum MD smash with test accuracy rate as the target smash. Then the data is processed by the statistic, before the data is processed then tested for normality using liliefors test at significance level α of 0,05. Then hypothesis proposed that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive with accuracy results smash the men’s volleyball team SMKN 5 Pekanbaru. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the explosive power of the leg muscles do not have a significant relationship with the smash accuracy results, which test for normality of the data obtained Lhitung (X) 0,0403 while Lhitung (Y) Ltabel 0,1057 and 0,213, so Lhitung <Ltabel finally Hoaccepted and Ha rejected. From the calculation of the produc tmoment cerreltion between leg muscle explosive power to smash the accuracy of the results obtained rhitung 0,13 and 0,497 rtabel consequently Ho accepted and Ha rejected. Based on the analysis of data obtained correlation coefficient of r=0,13 which keberatiannya distribution formula was tested with “t” and is found at 0,497 means t t<t tabel (0,497<1,761) thus Ho is accepted and Ha rejected
