Abstract
Education is a major key in establishing and promoting a nation.Education is
important because it is an investment to transform one's life towards the better.
Education is as a benchmark in the Create HR (human resources) a quality that is
able to compete in the current era of globalization. To realize all that, then these
must be improved education ranging from educational facilities to qualified
teachers. Means of education facilities is spread evenly is one effort that can be
done now so that the kids can get their due in meeting the needs of his
education.This research aims to find out why the education facilities in Tampan
are not scattered evenly (a case study of sub-district Tampan 2010). The methods
used in this research are using qualitative analysis or approach. Types and
sources of data obtained from primary data sourced from informant research and
secondary data sourced from books that deal with the issue and title research.
When the data in this research done in observation and interview directly against
an object research in depth with informer understand and know about the
observation. Based on findings field why facilities education in sub-district
Tampan not widespread evenly are as problem difficulty of finding land used to
build schools and expensive price of land offered by people to municipal
pekanbaru of compensation land.
