Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of the quality of public services in the office of the village unit cooperatives (KUD) sibuak jaya, this study aimed to analyze the quality of public services in the office of the village unit cooperatives (KUD) Sibuak Jaya village Sibuak II sub-District Tapung Kampar regency. The study focused on assessing the quality of services provided by the office of the organization in the village unit cooperatives (KUD) Sibuak Jaya to members of the public whether qualified or not, the service is referred to here can be said if the quality of the management and employees can meet and melaksananakan services in accordance procedures, and the service is intended for members of the public. Based on these results, the conclusions that can be drawn from this research that the quality of public services in the Office of the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Sibuak Jaya Village Sibuak II Sub-District Tapung Kampar Regency generally classified as Good. While the factors that affect the quality of public services in the Office of the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Sibuak Jaya Village Sibuak II Sub-District Tapung Kampar Regency mainly influenced by reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and tangible
