Abstract
The research took place in the area of Kampar district, while the problem of this research is how BASARNAS effectiveness of the SAR office Pekanbaru in tackling disasters and accidents. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the office SAR Pekanbaru and to know what are the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the office SAR Pekanbaru in tackling disasters and accidents.
