Abstract

This study describes the seaweed trade cooperation between Indonesia and Japan on 2008-2012. Indonesia to Japan is a source of industrial raw material supplier as well as market share of Japanese products. Indonesia is one country that export seaweed to Japan, Japan is an investor and always provide much aids for Indonesia. In this case, Japan needs to export seaweed from Indonesia.This research use liberal perspective, liberal perspective views liberalization on economy will be directed to minimizing the free market and rules of the country, meanwhile liberalization on politics will be directed to individual freedom, and peace corporation. nation-state level analysis, interdepedency theory from Robert O, Keohane and Joseph S. Nye. Interdependence (mutual dependence) between countries may occur because of the advantages and disadvantages between one country and another. Interdependence can occur in trade, investment, finance and politics.This study concluded that the cooperation that exists between Indonesia and Japan in the field of seaweed benefits both countries. Indonesia Trade Cooperation Seaweed Perform With Japan as Indonesia wants to add the national income and gain an advantage in the field of trade export-import and investment.
