Abstract
The location of this research was at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti (Amartha Jaya
Plasma) in District Tapung, Kampar District, Riau Province. The research was
doing to determine the effect of internal control on employee’s performance. To
measure the internal control variables using questioner to be distributed to
employee totaling 29 point statements while measureemployee’s performance
variables using the results supervision of PT. Ramajaya Pramukti (Amartha Jaya
Plasma). Methods of data analysis by using simple linear regression. Regression
analysis of internal control to employee’s performance is Y = 5.424 + 0.851 X
that states if the value of the internal control then the zero value employee’s
performance is equal to 5.424 and any increase in internal control 1 the unit will
increase employee’s performance by 0.851 units. Based on the t test, t
hitungis
equal to 2.620 and the value is 2.048 t
tabel. thitungis greater than the value ttable
2.620 > (2.048) with sig 0.001 (below 0.05), which indicates that the internal
control variables have a significant effect on employee’s performance. The
coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.197 is obtained. It means that the
contribution of internal control influence on the performance of employees at PT.
Ramajaya Pramukti (Amartha Jaya Plasma) by 19.7% while the remaining 80.3%
is affected variables not examined in this researchare personality traits, physical
characteristics, motivation, age, sex, education, performance experience, cultural
background, as well as leadership and the actions of co-workers.
