Kerjasama ILO (International Labour Organization) Dan Indonesia Dalam Mengatasi Masalah Pekerja Anak Di Indonesia (2004-2009)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the cooperation International Labour Organization and Indonesia to overcome child labour problem in Indonesia. The using period time of this research was in 2004-2009, when Indonesia and International Labour Organization interlace cooperation to abolish the child labour in Indonesia. Child labour is a terminology to employ a child supervised the age. The children forced to work caused by fulfill their necessities of life. Some factor make happen child of labour such as economy, tradition/culture, and education. Child labour is the problem that faced nations in the world especially Indonesia. The research explain how the action was did to overcome child labour especially the implementation Rencana Aksi Nasional and International Programme for the Elimination of Child Labor as well as achieving goals through of the programmes. Data was obtained from the book, journal, internet and thesis or previous research in smiliar case. To analyze this phenomenon, the writer uses the level of systems analysis and groups of countries analysis. The writer describes the role and function of the International Labour Organization in making policies for Indonesia based on International Government Organization (IGOs) and international organization theories.
