Abstract
The experiment was conducted in the IV class SDN Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten
Kampar, motivated low activity students learn science. Because of the low activity
students learn science, formulation of the problem in this study how the activity of
students through the process of inquiry learning model in learning science in the IV
class SDN Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. The purpose of this study to
analyze the activity of students through Inquiry Learning Model in the Process of
Learning Science in the IV class SDN Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. This
research method is qualitative descriptive of the overall population of the schools in
the Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar, while the samples used were IV class
students at SDN Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar amounting to
approximately 100 students. This reseach presents the students science learning
activities obtained from the use of aspects of inquiry before and after using aspects of
inquiry. On average observation I just got a student activity 0.25 and the average
observation II increased to 0.88 while the average observation III increased to 1.
With these figures indicating that an increase in activity to bring the students to
learn.The results in the IV class Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten kampar prove that
aspects of inquiry can improve students science learning activities in the IV class
Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
