ABSTRACTION
This Research is research of experiment. This research is conducted by at Team football of Mts pekanbaru hasanah. Research data obtained and collected to pass tes early and final tes before and after conducting practice of Running drill clock. obtained to be data to be analysed descriptively.
Result identify problem indicate that Team football of mts pekanbaru hasanah not yet owned agility in playing at football. This matter is caused by the lack of practice which is flange at the agility and also less systematic practice programs and terencana. Problem of which is lifted in this research is " What is there are Influence of Practice of Running drill clock To agility At Team football of mts pekanbaru hasanah ?" raised hypothesis at this research is " There are influence of practice of running drill clock to agility at football team of mts pekanbaru hasanah." This research aim to to know Influence of Practice of Running drill clock To agility At Team football of mts pekanbaru hasanah.
Result of analysis of menunjukan that there are influence which is Practice signifikan of Running drill clock ( X) To agility ( Y) At Team football of mts pekanbaru hasanah. Pursuant to analysis test t yield thitung equal to 3,877 and t tabel equal to 1,761. Meaning thitung > ttabel so that can be concluded that Ho refused and H1 accepted. Make-Up of mean 0,78 after tested with test of t seen that thitung bigger than ttabel, hence practice of running drill clock during 16 times can improve agility which is signifikan
