Abstract
Statutory health No health. 23 In 1992, the central state of physical, mental and social is
not only free of disease and disability, as well as economically and socially productive. PHBs is
an attempt to provide a learning experience or creating a condition for individuals, families,
groups and communities, with open lines of communication, provide information and to educate
to improve knowledge, attitudes and behavior through leadership approach (Advocacy). Health
promotion is very important in a society apply, because health promotion is an approach to
enhance the ability and willingness of the community to maintain and improve health. The final
goal of health promotion is not just the people want to live healthy (wil-lingness), but also
capable of (Ability) for a healthy life, it is not just delivering health promotion messages or
health information so that people know and healthy living behavior, but also how people are able
to maintain and improve their health.
The purpose of this study was to determine how the public views the behavior patterns of
healthy living, the factors that influence the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBs) and to find out
what programs are conducted by the government to improve the lifestyle of clean and healthy
(PHBs). The theory used is the social action of Max Weber, while the quantitative method used
is descriptive, with the data collection techniques with questionnaires and observation
Based on the results of the study are still the number of respondents who did not behave
clean and healthy living for people following the lack of counseling at their residence and also a
lack of public awareness for clean and healthy living behavior, it is characterized by the
availability of latrines and the availability of health facilities in your neighborhood them
