STRATEGI PEMENANGAN CALON ANGGOTA DPRD PROVINSI RIAU DARI PARTAI GOLONGAN KARYA PADA PEMILU

Abstract

This study discusses the strategies undertaken by the winning candidate parliament Province of Riau from the Party of Golkar in the 2009 legislative elections. Party of Golkar emerged victorious in parliamentary elections in the Province of Riau in 2009 and then, from the seven constituencies in almost every constituency Party of Golkar gets the most votes. At the provincial level for candidates DPRD Province of Riau won the most votes by Tabarani Maamun carried by the Party Group on the work of the Regional District elections three is District of Rokan Hulu and District of Rokan Hilir by a vote reaches 46.847 votes. Party of Golkar gained 15 seats DPRD Province of Golkar. This study is a qualitative research, the data collection techniques in this study is a descriptive analysis. This study uses interviews with informants who did understand the research problems that the object of information that aims to achieve the goal in order to get information in the study. This study aimed (1) to determine how many winning strategies undertaken by the candidate promoted by legislators who work in the face of the party faction legislative elections of 2009 and (2) to determine the factors supporting the award of the 2009 legislative elections Province of Riau. The results showed that (1) winning strategy is a strategy used Political Marketing. 9 elements in the strategy of political marketing victories achieved because of the advantages of each candidate and the strength of the winning team, a very influential element is the policy and their ability to communicate with the masses. 2) the factors that influence or as a supporting factor is heredity, popularity factor in the eyes of the public as well as the main factor is due to be carried by the major parties, namely the Party of Golkar
