Abstract

Job analysis becomes important in personal management/ Human Resources Management, because job analysis provides information on the work site. PT. Pengelola Sukaramai is one of the companies engaged in the management of the shopping center building in Pekanbaru. For this it is necessary in the management of employees who have qualified. In this case, the researcher is interested in conducting research with the aim to determine the job analysis and implementation constraints encountered in implementation. This study uses descriptive statistics, the data analysis techniques that describe the data collected as described in table form that comes with the explanations. The study population was all employees totaling 107 employees, whereas samples taken technically Slovin the 52 respondents. Results of this study showed that the implementation of job analysis works quite well. A job description is sufficient defined in accordance with the company's employees and office employees are able to carry out its duties and responsibilities. However, there are some things that need to be considered by the company in the preparation of job descriptions so that employees can carry out their duties and responsibilities as possible in order to achieve company goals. A specification set by the company position is pretty good, even though there are some positions that have not quite match the personal terms required by the office itself
