Abstract:
This study wanted to see the city of Pekanbaru and the government understands how the implementation of Government Regulation. No 40 (1991) About Poverty-related Communicable Disease Epidemic Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the city of Pekanbaru.
The purpose of this research was (1) to explain how to the implementation of Government Regulation no. 40 (1991) about Disease Outbreak Control in this case related to Deangue fever and people’s understanding in implementating the regulation. It is also (2) to see political, social and economic environments influence the implementation of Government Regulation no. 40 (1991) on Poverty Epidemic Disease Associated with Deangue Fever with Deangue Fever in the city of Pekanbaru. Qualitatif research was used to achieve the objective. Descriptive Analysis was used to collect the data of research.
The research result (1) Implementation of Government Regulation no. 40 (1991) About Poverty-related Communicable Disease Epidemic Dengue Hamorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the city of Pekanbaru is not running as expected in the rules, because they lack an understanding of municipal government in the regulation so that dengue is still going on in the city of Pekanbaru. (2) As for the political, social, economic and environmental impact in the implementation of Government Regulation no. 40 (1991) on the prevention of infectious disease outbreaks Deangue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the city of Pekanbaru.
